The Muppets on tour.

As a fan of Achilles Marc Bischoff aka The Laufsau still small, had to leave at any ride in the car a cassette recorder the size of a suitcase with a pilot. Today, there are MP3 and smartphones. Nevertheless, it can sometimes violent music in terms of problems.

I'm 63 years old and runs for 15 months regularly three times a week 5, 8 and 10 to 15 kilometers, depending on your mood. Also I ride with the bike into the office, out and back about 22 kilometers. Hi Achim,
since the end of October, I have (39 years old and 76 kilograms) problems at the femoral neck bones and the hips. I run for eight years and was my workload in the last year to five times weekly to increase ten kilometers. My Orthopädin diagnosed after X-ray a slight overload inflammation, devoted to me the anti-inflammatory painkiller diclofenac, a short walking break, but everything remained unchanged.
