Good evening Dr. Pajonk,
I'm after some years of abstinence before running for about two years, finally, even without racing the sport has gone out to run. My run-sizes are usually kept within bounds, one just four miles, sometimes even 30 kilometers a week. On this non-continuous training, I have also sporadic complaints on my shin back. Even with a new pair of running shoes, I had some pain. My family doctor has the pains described as Shin splint and advised me, a few days with the suspension and running. Once this has helped, I am now back pain, although three weeks since I did not run bin. Can you imagine that such pain through disused everyday shoes can be caused?
Sincerely, Sebastian

Hi Sebastian,
Correct footwear is also important to walk away, so it certainly makes sense, your choice of shoes to wear and times to check suitability. But with your doctor clarify complex from where the problems come. It could also be an orthopedic problem - from the back or pelvis. Check also whether you have the right shoes, the
your running style. And make sure you also run on varying ground and you therefore have no unilateral burden.
All the best, your clipboard-Karraß

Dear Sebastian,
the way you describe it, it could be a bone skin irritation, which usually has something wrong with the condition of the shoes to be done. It is important that you do not wait too long with an intensive clarification. Because everything takes longer when the complaints have only chronifiziert.
Best regards, Dirk

Hello Mr. Pajonk,
I (36, 1.89 meters, 82 kilograms) drift actually sports my whole life, but trying for two years now regularly and more systematically to run. Pensum weeks 20 to 25 kilometer, half marathon time: 1:42 hours. Since November, I sensed at the beginning of each run first deaf feeling in the back of the left thigh muscle, which after warming up and stretching first disappeared. After Christmas, this pain is stronger, the more from the left buttocks comes. A physiotherapy has rather aggravated the situation, probably because the inflamed muscle was further maltreated. Then I am a doctor of me and anti-inflammatory pills muskelentspannende devoted the first week was taken as prescribed. What could that be? If I'm a total break (no stretching, no treadmill, no walks) to appeal?
Regards, Volker

Dear Volker,
Numbness, pain, drawing ... This sounds very much like a problem from the back to. An intensive clarification is essential in my view, also because the complaints already too long for them to be taken lightly.
Best Regards, Dirk

Holá Volker,
I fear that a break does not solve the problem, and it reappears when you walk. If you are running is important, and I go out like this, it should be worth it to you that a sports medicine case goes to the bottom. Although miracles always happen, but I would not hope that the pain miraculously disappear.
Good luck, your clipboard-Karrass
